The Soul of Our Soul
There is the body, and there is the life-force (prāṇa, the soul). The body, senses, mind, and intellect are collectively called the body. The word “I” refers to the soul, while the body is its servant. Therefore, the body must always serve the soul.
The subtle body, which accompanies you in dreams, also remains with you after death. Thus, even when the gross body ceases to exist, the subtle body continues to serve the soul. The mind, too, never stops serving the soul, even for a moment.
Similarly, the life-force of "I" - the soul - is Lord Shri Krishna. Shri Krishna is the Supreme Soul of all souls, and all souls constitute His body.
Tasyedam śarīram, kṛṣṇamenamavehi tvaṃ ātmānaṃ akhilātmanām -
The soul is, by its very nature, the servant of God.
Therefore, the soul naturally seeks the bliss that belongs to the soul. No material possession can ever satisfy this longing. Only upon attaining divine bliss will the "I" stop wandering through the world in search of happiness.
In other words, just as the life-force of the body is the soul, and the life-force of the soul is Shri Krishna, similarly, the life-force of Shri Krishna is Shri Radha.
ātmārāmasya kṛṣṇasya dhruvamātmāsti rādhikā
The soul of the self-contented Shri Krishna is Radha.
This is why Shri Krishna presses Radharani's feet - He is Shri Radha's servant.
Therefore, it is said here, "Mero pran Banwari, Banwari pran Pyari" - my life-force is Banwari (Shri Krishna), and the life-force of Banwari is His Beloved, Kishori Ji.
