August is filled with sacred festivals that inspire devotion, gratitude, and loving remembrance of God and the Guru. From the joyous celebrations of Hariyali Teej and Naag Panchami to the cherished festival of Raksha Bandhan, each occasion offers an opportunity to strengthen our spiritual connection, participate in devotional practices, and celebrate the timeless traditions of Sanatan Dharma.

Key Events

15 August – Hariyali Teej
A joyous festival celebrating the divine swing pastimes of Shri Radha and Shri Krishna during the beautiful monsoon season. Devotees engage in kirtan, Jhulan Seva, and loving remembrance of Their eternal divine pastimes.

17 August – Naag Panchami
A sacred observance honouring the divine serpents, symbolising reverence for God's creation and reminding devotees of the virtues of humility, protection, and faith.

28 August – Raksha Bandhan
A cherished festival celebrating the sacred bond of love, trust, and protection between siblings, while reminding devotees that the truest protection comes through God's grace and the Guru's blessings.
