It has always been, is, and will always be our nature to seek happiness.
Only Shri Radha-Krishna are the embodiment of bliss. Only by attaining them can you experience true bliss - there is no other path. Moreover, there are no means such as devotional practices, yoga, penance, or Vedic rituals by which you can attain them - nānyaḥ panthā. They can be attained only by the one who is devoid of all means, one who is weak - balahīnena labhyā. Especially in Kaliyug, there can be no possible means to attain them - ehiṃ kalikāla na sādhana dūjā। joga yajña japa tapa vrata pūjā॥.
Then how do you attain them? Just keep the following points in mind:
- They are always seated in your heart. It is not only about sitting down to practice sadhana. While walking, eating, drinking, and carrying out your daily activities, always remain aware that they are seated in your heart and observing each of your thoughts.
- Sit in solitude and practice Roopdhyan. First, firmly establish the divine form of God in your mind - this requires the greatest effort. Some people possess past sanskars (mental impressions from previous lives) that assist them in Roopdhyan. Others use an idol or a photograph for support. However, this is not the correct approach. Whether you are poor or rich, you must establish Roopdhyan within your own mind. There are two advantages to creating God's form internally rather than relying on an external image:
i) You can adorn Him with the most precious ornaments, such as the Kohinoor, according to your wish, and
ii) You can instantly shift between the younger and older forms of Shri Krishna or Radharani according to the kirtan. - Ananyata - Practice exclusive devotion. Worship only Radha-Krishna and follow only the philosophy of your own Guru. They are pure and will purify your mind. Your duty is to cleanse your mind; your Guru will take care of the rest. Do not go to different babas, because 99% of them today lack true knowledge and lead you astray. Even among God-realized saints, there are subtle differences in philosophy that can create confusion. In some cases, the differences are vast, as seen in the philosophy of Shankaracharya.
- Nishkaamata - Remain free from all desires. Even if you are on the verge of death, do not ask for anything. Instead, think, "If it is Your wish that I leave this body, so be it. I cannot think or act against Your will."
When you practice the above four principles, then:
- Develop a deep longing to meet them. Focus on this alone and leave everything else aside. The more you yearn to meet them, the closer you will come to them. When you reach the state where you cannot live without meeting them, you will attain your goal.
Discard all other forms of knowledge - they are meant only for Gurus. You are a sadhak, and you must attain your goal through sincere sadhana.
Do not read various kinds of books, do not listen to the lectures of different saints, and do not allow your mind to dwell on unnecessary matters. Begin your devotional practice immediately, because you do not know when you may lose this human body. Do not think, "I am young right now." Just as dacoits seize an opportunity to loot and flee, you must seize this opportunity and make the maximum effort to practice devotion while you have this rare human body. If you remain careless and fail to accumulate spiritual merit, you will not receive this human body again. Kabahuṃka kari karunā nara dehi - this human birth is granted only after countless lifetimes. Do not assume, "If I die, I will be born as a human again." Even the devatās of heaven long for this body, yet it is not easily obtained. If you accumulate spiritual merit, God will grant you this body again. If your spiritual merit remains zero, you will have to wander through the 8.4 million forms of life.
Prepare yourself by keeping all these points in mind. You have been careless until now. Become alert and focus on accumulating your spiritual merit.
